CAMC Online Weight Loss Surgery Seminar is available now.  Instead of attending scheduled Free Seminars in Charleston, Beckley, Parkersburg or Logan, you can view the same presentations through the Online Seminar.  After completing your Online Seminar, you can make an appointment for your surgical consultation at Toll Free 866-788-4965 or (304) 388-4964.  You must bring the following documents to prove you have completed the Online Seminar and to expedite your insurance processes.

• Completed Online Patient Worksheet
• Letter of Referral from your physician
